How can I set up a hierarchy for a time dimension? Months roll up to quarters, or roll up to YTD, or roll up to Year? Do I have to load new tables for each time dimension and then set up the relationship? How?

As someone who has received lots of help from other community members, might I respectfully suggest that you need to clarify your requirement.
Perhaps use spreadsheet to illustrate if possible.
