Time taken to close the Service Requests from Open Status

Hi,

I would like to have KPIs prepared for example when we are having a service request in "Open" Status and would like to check Average time taken to close the ticket.SR with Open status being in one File and Same SR with Closed Status.I would like to calculate no of days taken and Average Time Taken to close the SR.

Hi,

Try Interval() to get the time difference between dates in days minutes format.

Example:

interval(EndDate - StartDate, 'D hh:mm' )
