Time taken to solve a case

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the best way to present the following in Qlikview

Data:

1. Case number

2. Case Owner

3. Open Date

4. Closed Date

Question:

I want to track down the top 10 case owners who is taking more time than other to close a case.

Example:

Case owner "A" with Case number "1" took 5 days to close (open date: 01/01/2017,closed date: 01/06/2017). I want to see all top 10 case owners who is spending more time than others in solving a particular case.
