Timestamp in X axis

Hi,

I have start date and end date in DD-MM-YYYY hh:mm:ss:ttt format.

My requirement is

1) I need to plot timestamp in X Axis such as

X Axis : 10:00  11:00 12:00 13:00 14:00 15:00 16:00 .....

in Y Axis i need to plot job names that starts in between timestamps.

How do i get this timestamps from this "DD-MM-YYYY hh:mm:ss:ttt" timestamp

2) I have many jobs , for example between one hours there are 20 jobs  and i need to show there names , so which chart should i use to accomplish this.

Please advise.
