To find average of time

i am having a problem with calculating average of time

i have fields

in-time : it shows the in-time of an employee

out-time: it shows the out-time of employee

%date: all the dates for year 2014.

i have selected multiple dates but average in-time is showing garbage for example for month april date-1 to 14

please solve my problem
