To findout Fieldname in Dashboard

Hi,

I have a dashboard with some 10 tabs, with different objects and expression.

I have changed the column name from A to B, now i need to find where A is used and replace with B across Dashboard, is there any option to findout and replace...instead of checking each and every object...

Are you using Open In Server, that would disable the Expression Overview.  Alternatively it may be security settings, try the Settings \ Document \ Security options.  I'm not aware of a setting for disabling the Expression Overview though.

If you have a backup from before the change if you make only the rename of one field in the load script at a time - with no other changes - QlikView tends to notice it is the same field with a new name and will update many of the fields automatically.  This doesn't work 100% of the time though - and rarely in expressions.

Something else you may want to look at is Rob Wunderlich 's Document Analyzer - you should be able to find this if you Google for it.

Make sure that in expression overview check Chart Expressions ,even you can check it all  like chart Attributes ,color Attributes so on.  Your data is huge so wait until it appear for some time .

on document settings check it all

for shortcut Clt+Alt+E

I dont think enable or disable options are there for expression overview.

try ctrl+alt+e, this will open Expression Overview window. Are you opening your application through desktop or access point?
