Tooltip in linear gauge chart

Guys,

I have a linear gauge chart inside a straight table. I got it perfectly what I need but tooltip is disabled in it. Plz help how to enable it. I have also enabled the Pop-up labels option which is in gauge settings. But it is getting disabled automatically everytime. Plz help.
