Hi,
You can go to properties->Dimension Limits. You can then check the "Restrict which values are displayed. . ."
You can then restrict which values are shown
right click the object -> dimension limit -> show only largest n values

Use expression to sort out suppliers who have delivered more than 15, then go to dimension limit -> show only largest n values Hope it works!

You can use the expression to count the no of products delivered and also restrict to more than 15 in the condition.
Then in dimension limit show first ten values. Now sort the "no of product delivered" to descending.
