Hi all,
I have created a trellis chart with one dimension (Dim A) out of my tables and one ValueList dimension (Dim B). Everything works fine apart the from the fact that I would like to show a total graph within the trellis chart. Basically it should be a chart where Dimension A (primary trellis dimension) would be disregarded (=SUM({$<[Dim A]=>} Revenue)). Is that somehow possible?
The solution posted here (Re: How to show grand total in trellis chart ?) is not what I am looking for.
Thanks,
Henning
Try enabling the Show Total option on the Dimension Limits tab.
Hello Henning,
it is not possible to do it on a Bar chart Trelli...However, i was facing the same challenge last week and i find a way to avoid this problem and to have a total within the bar chart. see the image.
You see the yellow figure it is a trick. i have created a TEXT OBJECT with a formula in it, and i have set the color to transparent. therefore, i can put it on the top of the Bar Chart Trelli.
Hope this helps even if it was a long time ago.
Best
JP
