Total Line beside Details

Good Morning All,

I need to create a pivot table with totals beside the details.  Any ideas?  It's putting the same values in all years for Term Emp Co..  I'm using this:

count({<Level2=,Reason=,Job=,Ethnic=,InActive = {1},YTDFlag = {1}>}  Total DISTINCT([Employee Number]))

May be this

Count({<Level2, Reason, Job, Ethnic, InActive = {1}, YTDFlag = {1}>}  TOTAL <YearField> DISTINCT [Employee Number])

Perhaps (TOTAL <FieldName> ....)
