'Total' labels in pivot table

is there a way to get a dynamic label for the partial sums

i.e. suppose my dimension is country then the partial sum should display Total for Country X, Total for country Y

please advise

The only way is to create a new dimension in the script. See this discussion: Re: Breakdown of Total instead of just the total
