Total on pivot table when using 2 cyclic groups

Hi All,

I am having some difficulty in getting the correct values for the total column on a pivot table.  I have tried a variety of functions and formats to get the correct total but I can't seem to get it.

The trouble is that I am using 2 cyclic groups, one is positioned on the left hand side and the other is along the top.

Has anyone ever came across this issue before? 

Any help is much appeciated,
