How show labels for totals, in a pivot table, so One to One, where the same field have different labels.

as shown in the picture above there is a field that says labels for totals(etiqueta para totales), wanted to put a different message in the label.
Select the dimension in the list at the top of your image that you want to total and type anything you want in the "etiqueta para totales" box.
