I have my data in the Current Data tab of attached excel
As we can see there that an Order no can have multiple position items. Here position items can be considered as stages of approval and can be any number.
Now the required data should look like the Required Data tab in the same excel file.
If you see in the second table, the total is 900 and not 1600 as the first table.
So the requirement is that, the total should be calculated as the Order total of the Order No. and not per line.
Please let me know, how can we do this.
Please note: This is to be done in Pivot table only.
