Tracking Report Time period

I need to prepare a chart  for showing   to track reports are send on time or not in Qlik view .Reports based on months and weeks so need to track reports  send on  particular time period or not 

Example: 1st Week of Mar

                   2nd Week of Month last day

                4th Week of Month first day

               Every Week Wednesday

               3rd Week of Nov
