Time for another laughable moment: I am spamming myself with a triggered alert email from Qlikview and I can't figure out what dashboard is generating it. It's a very simple message that states: Does this alert work? Well, it does. Lesson learned - add more identifying data to something when you write it.
I wrote this in August, thought I removed all traces of the alert in December, but it continues to send sporadically. Obviously it's around somewhere because I get this message randomly every week or two. The email header doesn't contain enough info to tell me which server is generating it, let alone the qvw document. I'm thinking this HAS to be tracked in a server log somewhere, but I've had no joy in tracking that down, either.
Is there a paper-trail of which QV server and/or what qvw is generating the alert email?
