Training Matrix Data Transformation

I have been given a training matrix excel spreadsheet to make use of in QlikView. (see attachment)

What's the best way to transform this data into a format to use for QlikView and any pointers.

Need to be able to select a process from lists.

always seem to struggle with getting the data imported in the correct way.

You can use a Straight Table/Pivot Table and then to use the Background under Expression to show the colors conditionally.

I need the data to be transformed so the Processes are selectable within a list, that is my main issue

i.e

Process 01 Stage 1 Person 1 Data

Process 01 Stage 2 Person 1 Data

Process 01 Stage 3 Person 1 Data

etc

etc
