Transform fieldvalue to fieldname

Hello,

I need to transform a table. The values in the column "name" should become columns and the corresponding values in the column "value" should become the values of the newly created column.

Example:

from:

KEY	name	value
VOR-63	dringlichkeit	mittel
VOR-63	enddatum	31.12.2013
VOR-63	grösse	Hoch
VOR-63	kontext	HIN

to:

KEY	dringlichkeit	enddatum	grösse	kontext
VOR-63	mittel	31.12.2013	Hoch	HIN

any ideas?
