Tree view in pivoted table

Hi all,

I created Hierarchy View in Pivoted table succesfully with the guide as link: Qlikview - Hierarchy vs Hierarchy belongs to - YouTube

However, instead of showing pivoted table in normal (horizontal view), I would like to show in Tree view as follows:

a

   a1

   a2

b

   b1

       b11

       b12

   b2

I find in through forum but no result is clear. I also see this link Using tree structure in the pivot table? but with QlikView Personal edition, I cannot open the attached file. Please kindly help me to solve this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Am not sure of pivot table but u can achieve a similar one using list box.. Combine all d fields in script and give an alias i.e

field1 &' /' & field2 & '/' & field3 as FIELD

Now choose FIELD in list box and there u get tree option as select delimiter as '/'.. U can achieve a similar result. also u can use expressions

Thanks,

Hi,

Thank you for your advices. I performed your suggestion successfully. Acctually, the report looks like "Balance sheet", please see the attached picture file for more information. If I used "List box", I cannot show the "Current Year" amount and "Previous Year" amount in the same row with "Assets".

I tried "Pivoted table" but It cannot show in "Tree view". Could you give me any idea?
