Tricky calculation using previous rows of a table

Hello everybody,

go you know to accomplish such a task?

I have a table which incl everything but not the last column (Nr of Parts for every ID_ID2). The only problem is the max(ID2) for every ID - here I need to calculate with the nr of the lower ID2 Keys...

Any ideas??
