Trigger not working on Prod but working on Test server

Hi All,

I have two trigger

1) Select Possible

2) Select in Filed  both occurring based on selection of manager .  In test environment its working fine but In prod environment trigger not occurring.  When I copied same prod version in local system that trigger is working fine .

seeking your view on the same .

When does this trigger execute? On open? On a selection etc?
