Trigger open aplication

Hi,

I have a date field in which the selected maximum value must always be selected by default. For it I have activate a trigger that selected the maximum value when open the app. On the other hand, in the list box I activated the option 'always one value selected'. 
When I saved the app, is selected the maximum value but when te app reload with new dates no chage automatly to the maximum value.

Any suggestion?

Are you using an expression like max(Date) for selecting max Date?

When you save an application with a selected value then max(Date) will equal to this selected value.

You could try one of these changes
1. change expression from MAX(Date) to MAX({1}Date)
2. Add a clear Date field before performing the select max(Date) on open.
