Trigger to reload the file, when it is opened, is not working when accessed from Access Point

I have an application which reloads when it is opened (by trigger). It works fine in desktop. But after deploying in serve, when I open it from Access Point, application is not reloading.

Please let me know if I have enable some settings.

Reloading on the server is controlled using a schedule in the Document Reload tab in the QMC.

You cannot trigger a reload when a document is opened on the server.
