Hi,
I recently come across a situation that I need to replace an existing bookmark when leave sheet and apply back the same book mark when activate back the same sheet so that the users' previous selection on that sheet would be saved. This situation works perfectly on desktop version and it gives me exactly the intended result.
However, when I put it onto server and use the access point to access the qvw,the whole concept just doesn't work. I suspect this issue might be due to some bookmark settings in the QMC.
I googled a bit and seems that not much resources were talking about bookmark in a server level.
Have anybody came across this situation before??
Many thanks.
Best,
Himson
Some triggers/macro/functions do not work well at Web view. it could be the same for your case
I've just hit this exact same problem - it's annoying.
In case anyone hits the same issue I have worked around this by using an alternate state to hold the original selection criteria. This works fine in AJAX.
Does your solution work with multi user session environment? please let me know.
I've a requirement to save user selections and then retrieve the selections once the document is closed and restored. In my case the major problem is I've to end the session to get fresh data and once fresh data has arrived I need to get the user selections form their last session and then apply it on the new one. REFRESH feature does not work in AJAX mode so I'm trying to find an alternate solution.
