Triggers in Access Point not working.

Dear Community,

I am setting up a variable using OnOpen and OnAnySelect triggers in my qvw file.

When I open that qvw file using IE plugin(AJAX Client not working) in IE browser, everything is working fine. But when I try to open it in chrome, it is not showing IE Plugin and hence the triggers are not working.

Since my default browser in chrome how can I make my triggers work, when I open in chrome.

Any help will be sincerely appreciated.

Thanks a ton in advance.

Regards,

Manideep

OnOpen doesn't work in Ajax. Se Reference manual on OnAnySelect.

Some actions work in Ajax, but not all.

Hi JERRYSVENSSON

What should I do if I have to make it work in the chrome browser?

Maniddep,

As Jerry said OnOpen triggers do not work in ajax, unfortunately there is nothing one can do.

Hi Manideep,

as others have said, using the Ajax client means on open triggers will not work.

The on any select will still work though, so you might be able to use that still and combine it with ajax url passing to make the required on open select within the url.

Have a look at this post on ajax url's

AJAX and URL parameters

Hope that helps
