Triggger clear filed not working in webview mode.

Team,

I was trying to remove once specific filed from current selection through On activatesheet Trigger->Clear Field action.

This is working absolutely fine from Desktop mode but does not work with Webview Mode/Acesspoint..

I have tried macro to clear filed but that also does not work.

Please let me know the reason why and how to handle this.

The first thing I would check is whether when you access it via accesspoint you are using full browser mode or an IE plugin.  I have found certain triggers do not work with certain modes.

Works for me in WebView mode.

I'm using 11.20 SR10 in Windows 8.1.
