Trouble turning on webview

Hi all,

     I am using Qlikview 11.2 personal edition(x64) in windows 8.1. I couldn't turn on webview option as it says "Your browser does not support xml document objects".Internet Explorer version is 11 which is my default browser. Can anybody help??

Which SR do you have?

Try to update to 11.20.12235.0 SR5 64-bit Edition.
