Hello guys, since one week ago, we've been experiencing some troubles loading a qlikview document via accesspoint in google chrome.
If we want to solve it, we have to do it "manually" clicking this button :
But the problem is that some customers have zero knowledge of computer science and they have many problems doing this.
Is there any way to avoid this thing in our server? Or in some way only depending on us?

It seems like your browser does not trust your server's SSL certificate (which is normal, if you created it by yourself).
Either get a certificate that is signed by a trusted certifier, or get your certificate automatically imported on each computer by a policy directive. In both cases, this should be done by your IT department.
