Trying to open qvw - Error

Hello,

I am trying to open one qvw, I am getting like below images which i mentioned in sequence.

Can you please help me for that ....

Three questions:

  • Your license hasn't expired yet? After all it's an Evaluation license which may be time-limited.
  • Does the document have sufficient File system rights (Read or R/W)? Can you copy the file to another location?
  • Does the document use Section Access for security? In that case you may not be listed in the Section Access table as having permission to open this document... There is no way around this.

Are you using personal edition or license version QV?

How they gave the permissions to open this file..

Is there any other way to open the file...

If you have assigned Named CAL you can open. Which CAL they have assigned ?

Seems like a problem of file access.

It could be a section access issue btw.

Since you are running QV Desktop and not in Personal Edition mode, you must have been assigned a Named CAL.
