Turn on Hovering Tooltips

Hello,

My tooltips disappeared when I hoover over bars in charts etc. It suddenly happened for my whole document (all sheets, all objects) and I have no ida how it is turned off; Any idea how I can turn it on again?

Right click on the toolbar and choose customize. On the Options tab check the option Show ScreenTips on toolbars. Or do you mean the popups, not tooltips?

Thank youfor the reply.

I already ran into that setting and its turned on. I also tried to reset it to standard settings but it doesnt change anything...

Any other suggestions?

The tooltips are conditional. If the text is long, it shows ... then the tooltip will come, else the tooltip will automatically not come.

A previous version of thie Qlikview was showing tooltips. So that could not be the reason.
