Two tables with sales and calls data

Hi

I have Sales and calls tables linked to an employee table. There are employees which have calls so far and not a sale.

When the QVD is run in the QMC job, it filters down the calls grids/graphs to only those employees who have sales. then I have to hit Clear ALL and then all employees show.

Why is it doing it and how can I fix it so all employees show either they have a sales or just calls.

sounds like you have a trigger that might be applying a filter

I might need some more information on what type of chart you are using or expressions but it sounds like you are making selections in your document that only have possible values for employees that have sales. Maybe your calendar is based on sales data or something similar. Also your document might be storing your last session state, that is the selections that you had when you closed it. There are quite a few things that could be causing this. What selections are already made when you enter the document?
