Two totals at the top of the PivotTable.

I need to create a dynamic table chart that has two totals at the top, an automatic calculated with expression and other calculated differently.
You can do this in QlikView?

on example.

The green line is the total value of the sale of the line (cream, gel, body, etc.). But the Blue TOTAL is the value of sales on the sales TOTAL.

It did not work, this function makes change the TOTAL account, what I need is that the Pivot Table has 2 total.
