Two years product wise Difference

Hi Friends,

I'm having years 2012,2013,2014 and products.

I need to find the difference for the 2014 and 2013 product wise in the percentage.

Need to show the Difference column at below years.

Please ,find the below attachment for the sample application and guide me further.
