Hi, I am administering QMC (QMS Backend Core x64) for providing access to DOC CAL, Named CAL, etc. One of client says , their group are not able to pull data from dashboard. it is very very slow. Is there any solution which can be applied via Qlikview Management Console. I couldn't find any options to correct this from QMC. Please advice. Thank you

How much data are they trying to pull and how are they currently doing this ?

Could you look into why perhaps customers are unable to pull this data from their end? They had to separate into quarters by year and even then sometimes the data would not pull.
Scenario:
1. Go to Adhoc Competitve Tab
2. Select 2013
3. Select all columns from left filters
Export the data.
Please check memory and cpu utilization at the same time.
Are there any firewall which might have caused latency issue? Are they accessing it using Internet Browser or through QlikView desktop?
