Unable to View QV dashboard in Ipad

Hi All,

We are unable to open Qlikview Dashboard through native application in an IPad version 8.1.2

We have done the required settings in QMC. PFA attachment for the same

Also, added IP address in accesspoint link.

Updated  QV application version 2.4.0 in Ipad.

Still we are getting an error (PFA for the same)-

ERROR contacting the server.

Also , when we try logging in from offline views we get authentication failure error (PFA for the same).

However, we are able to open QV dashboard through Safari, but need to access it through QV App.

Let us know your suggestions on same.
