Unable to fetch the log file

Hi All,

Can someone help on how I can overcome this issue? I am not able to see the task log files. I get the message as below instead.

(2014-01-07 15:08:12) Information: Unable to fetch the log file. It could be that it is too big; try decrease the 'MaxLogRecords' application configuration value (its current value is 1000)

Hello,

Can you verify that in Qlikview Server Setting: "Normal Logging" option is selected.
