Hi,
I am not able to load scheduled document, error as below :after I was asked by teh system admin to change my LDAP server.
5/22/2017 7:21:48 AM Error The task "xxxx InventoryReportUTD Reload" failed. Exception:
QDS service in cluster show : Restarted needed
QDS service Prod server is OK.
I tried restarted all services in bother server and even restarted both server, but still failed to bring up the QDS service in the cluster.
My attempts to google and search the community unable to find any solutions.
appreciate any one's help.

Did you or the admin of the server recently deleted any AD accounts? If so, add back, restart the service and check.
