Unable to make selections in a QV Web Dashboard in Google Chrome

it started a few weeks ago but for half the office the QV dashboard loads but users are unable to make selections. You click on a pulldown, see the list of values but can't select any of them.

Has anyone else come across this?

We are all on windows 10 and the latest Chrome.

Did you check for some overlapping objects?
