Unable to open .qvw file

Hello,

I am new to QV even have previous BI experience.

Trying to open somebody's .qvw on my newly installed QV desktop, but unable to do that with attached message.

What does it mean, and how to get trough that?

Appreciate your help.

Go to the start page of Qlikview>then open in server > enter your server name and username/password> once the server gets validated you will be able to lease the license

M.G. - 'You can lease a named license from the server (if you have server and license)' nice joke, but I've been able to figure out how to make it working (obviously with license).

The goal is distinguished and issue resolved.
