Unable to search users from Qlikview User Management

Hi Colleagues,

From I managed to add a DSC - Configurable LDAP but I am unable to search users when I went to User Management. It is unable to browse and display users. Below are the DSP settings, My first thought was it could be that the LDAP filter was wrong. What I did is tried using the same filter below and search from the AD server itself and it was able to provide search results.

When searching for users, it didn't show response, usually when we are searching for users it will display 'Processing... please wait' this doesn't  even have this kind of prompt. It seems like it is not doing anything.

I am hoping that anyone have encountered this before and would be able to advise. Thank you.

Additional info, we have installed a third party LDAP browser into the Qlikview server and  LDAP browser was actually ABLE to search the Active Directory. We provided the same credentials/AD path to the DSC but it was unable to search. We'll appreciate if someone could give us any feedback on this issue that we are facing. Thank you.
