Unable to see user document properties in QEMC

Hello community,

I'am facing a troubleshooting on QEMC , with a specific user document let's call it "doc Y"

In fact, when I select other document I am able to see all properties about this document : Capture.PNG

but when I select my document "doc Y", I have nothing.

I have tried to reload the publication but it changed nothing.

I have also restarted the server but always nothing.....

I need to access to Doc Cals properties of this "Doc Y" in order to delete two Docs cals.

Could anyone help me PLEASE ???

HI,

Yes you can delete the PGO files, but before doing this make sure you take a back up of the same and after delete restart all the Qlik Services.
