Unable to send emails from QMC using Gmail as the SMTP

Hi,

We have Qlikview 12 and I am unable to get the SMTP details to send, it simply says, "failure sending email"

These are the details I have:

I have enabled     <add key="UseSSLForSMTP" value="true"/>  a

As shown in a document I found by searching around on here but the results still remain the same. Rebooted the service and rebooted the entire machine.

Clearly doing something, any advice appreciated, not sure how to even get the logs on what the proper error is.
