Unable to view System Monitoring Report

I have downloaded System Monitoring Report and done the require changes in variables but still unable to view the data. Can anyone know how to make this reoprt viewable?

After you changed the variables to your local paths, etc did you get any errors during reload?

Yes i got an errors during reload time..
