Unble to accumulate records

Hi all,

we need solution on below mentioned issue. Attached file for your reference.

Issue :

1.     1. User enters end date in input box

2.      2. Based on that end date written formula to arrive the correct closing balances.

3. And we want to show another table last six months closing balances as showed below but unable to arrive month wise for the same
