Undefined Pop-Up

Hi,

Our clients complain about the attached error message while using QV.

We are using ajax client, 11.20 SR9.

We suspect it has to do with touch screens.

Can someone please Advise?

We are currently troubleshooting the same issue with one document and new Windows 8 touchscreens.  It appears to be related to our use of a modified opendocnotoolbar.html.  I will keep you posted on what we findout

Hi!!!

You were right, after changing to the original URL the pop-up disappeared. Do you know if qlikview aware to this bug and if it will be fixed in the next release?
