Undo pivoting when user re-opens document

I want allow users to pivot some charts. However I would like to undo pivoting when they re-open that document.

I there an option for that? 

I know that users can undo it with the "undo layout" button but that is not what I prefer.

If you disable the session recovery the user starts every time like the application was stored and not the left the app. This is global setting for all users and applications. On a document-level the user could click in the small green link of "view details" by each application in the access point and there on "remove last document state" to start the application also like the was recently stored.
