Uninstall QlikView 11.2 SR9

Hello, I am trying to uninstall the QlikView 11.2 SR9 and I am getting this error: Error 1921 service qlikview distribution service could not be stopped.

I manually stopped all the QlikView Services but still am getting this error. No QlikView service is running.

Do you have any ideas on what should I do ?

Could be a file lock somewhere. Try setting the services to Manual and reboot your server. Then try again.

I am an administrator. The server is new, untill now there are no QV documents created.

I restarted the server and put the QV services on manual.

The result is the same, I cannot uninstall the QV server
