Up Down Trend Icon - Straight Table

I think this should work, if 2012 sales are less than 2013 sales show an up arrow icon, and if the opposite a down arrow.  However all I am getting in the field is the url of the icon?  What am I doing wrong?

If you can post a sample app it would make things more clear and will help in trouble shooting.

I wasnt selecting Fill, this caused the problem!!!
