Upgrade issue to 12.10 SR8

Can you please help why I'm getting below error in QMC after upgrading it 12.10 SR8

What do the logs display?

Particularly the Events and the Windows Event Viewer to see why the qvdistributionservice.exe in that computer is not running, or whether it even starts (maybe a wrong username and password specified for that service)
