Upgrade to SR10 License

Please i want to do an upgrade from QVW11.20 SR5 to SR10 and i ask if i should have new License ?

if not could you please advise.

Not required , simply install the file 11.20 ,SR 10.that will take automatically.

are you refereeing to Qlikview Server? If so, your licence; see the LEF details, must still be current.
